In this sand processing plant, newly developed by us, the sand will be separated in multiple fractions and merged afterwards according to a recipe in the software. The fractions are merged via regulating flaps. In this process the elutriable particles will be washed out. The quantitative detection results by pressure sensors with in-line belt feeder. With this system a high accuracy is obtained. There are infinitely possibilities to program and save recipes in the control software.

Behind the simple user interface is a well-thougt-out data processing system for producing exactly defined sands in the correct mixing ratio for concrete production.
